工作职责
射频开发:
参与射频系统的设计和开发,包括射频电路设计、天线设计、微波元件的选择,以确保产品性能达到预期目标。

跟踪射频技术的最新发展,并根据公司业务需求进行前沿研究和应用探索。
项目管理:
负责RF项目的整体规划和管理,制定项目计划,明确项目目标、任务分配和时间表,确保项目及时交付。
组织和协调项目团队成员,包括研发、测试和生产,解决项目过程中出现的问题,确保项目顺利进行。
与客户沟通了解客户需求,汇报项目进度,确保客户满意。
测试系统规划和技术论证:
根据项目需求为射频产品制定全面的测试系统计划,包括测试架构设计和测试过程规划。

产品开发和交付验收:

资历
教育背景:
硕士学位:电子科学与技术、电子信息工程、通信工程、电磁场与微波技术或相关领域。
博士:以上领域及相关研究方向,具有扎实的射频理论基础和丰富的研究经验。
技能要求:
熟悉射频电路设计软件(如ADS、HFSS、FEKO、CST等),能够独立进行射频链路设计和系统集成调试工作。
熟悉射频测试仪器(如频谱分析仪、网络分析仪、信号源等)的使用,有相关测试经验。
具备良好的项目管理知识和技能,熟悉基本的项目管理方法和工具。

其他要求:

Job Responsibilities
RF Development:
Participate in the design and development of RF systems, including RF circuit design, antenna design, and selection of microwave components to ensure product performance meets the desired goals.
Be responsible for the testing and validation of RF products, develop test plans, set up test environments, and optimize the RF performance of products through testing.
Keep track of the latest developments in RF technology and conduct cutting-edge research and application exploration in line with the company's business needs.
Project Management:
Take charge of the overall planning and management of RF projects, develop project plans, clarify project goals, task assignments, and timelines to ensure timely project delivery.
Organize and coordinate project team members, including R&D, testing, and production, to solve problems that arise during the project and ensure smooth project progress.
Communicate with customers to understand their needs, report project progress, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Test System Planning and Technical Argumentation:
Develop comprehensive test system plans for RF products based on project requirements, including test architecture design and test process planning.
Conduct technical evaluations of test system plans to assess feasibility, reliability, and cost-effectiveness, providing decision-making support for the project.
Product Development and Delivery Acceptnce:
Participate in the development of RF products and assist in solving technical challenges encountered during the R&D process.
Be responsible for the acceptance of products before delivery to ensure they meet quality standards and customer requirements.
System Integration and Troubleshooting:
Be responsible for the integration of RF systems to ensure seamless cooperation between different modules and the overall functionality of the system.
Promptly identify and resolve issues during system operation to ensure stable system performance.
RF Engineering and Project Management Responsibilities:
Participate in the implementation of RF engineering projects, including on-site installation, commissioning, and equipment maintenance.
Effectively manage project progress, quality, and cost to ensure the achievement of project goals.
Qualifications
Educational Baackground:
Master's Degree: Electronic Science and Technology, Electronic Information Engineering, Communication Engineering, Electromagnetic Field and Microwave Technology, or related fields.
Ph.D.: The above fields and related research directions, with a solid foundation in RF theory and extensive research experience.
Skill Requirements:
Familiar with RF circuit design software (such as ADS, HFSS, FEKO, CST, etc.) and capable of independently conducting RF link design and system integration and debugging work.
Familiar with the use of RF test instruments (such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal sources, etc.) and have relevant testing experience.
Possess good project management knowledge and skills, and be familiar with basic project management methods and tools.
Have strong learning abilities, problem-solving skills, and teamwork spirit, and be able to quickly adapt to new environments and tasks.
Other Requirements:
Candidates with relevant RF project experience or research achievements are preferred.
Good communication skills and English reading ability are required to read and understand technical documents in English.
Salary and Benefits
Master's Degree: 140,000 - 200,000 RMB/year
Ph.D.: 350,000 - 450,000 RMB/year
